30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with NotAway for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Email us at support@notaway.app with your account email and reason for the refund
- Contact Paddle (our payment processor) directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase
Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
After the 30-Day Period
Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to NotAway until the end of your current billing period
- Your Slack presence management will continue until your subscription expires
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your account and data will remain available if you choose to resubscribe later
